EchoSign Electronic Signature Integration Gets Contracts and Employment Docs Signed Faster
Another popular feature in our last release was the ability to connect MaxHire to Adobe EchoSign, giving recruiting and staffing firms an easy way to send documents out to be signed right from their recruiting software and reduce the amount of time it takes for those docs to be returned. The integration between MaxHire and Adobe EchoSign is accomplished through MaxHire’s AppConnect framework.

By connecting MaxHire to Adobe EchoSign, recruiting firms who use the e-signature service will have the added advantage of getting instant and legally compliant electronic signatures for any document, speeding up turnaround time on contracts and closing more business in a shorter timeframe.
MaxHire administrators can enable the EchoSign integration through MaxHire’s new AppConnect menu. Once the Adobe EchoSign application has been added, users can send documents that are stored in MaxHire out to be signed. The signature requests are automatically logged as an activity in MaxHire so it’s easy for recruiters to keep track of. The signer receives an email containing a link to the document and can then electronically sign the document right from their computer. Once the document is signed, the activity in MaxHire is marked as completed and the signed document is automatically stored back in MaxHire.
The Adobe EchoSign integration that we’re provided through MaxHire’s AppConnect feature makes it easy for recruiters and managers to request and track signatures on documents. In an industry where minutes matter, the ability to get contracts and employment docs turned around faster means that staffing and recruiting firms can close more placements in a timely manner.
