JBCStyle Ensures Candidate Application Forms Get Signed with EchoSign
JBCStyle, a global full-service staffing firm focused on the fashion and retail industries, is using an automated workflow process in their implementation of MaxHire staffing software to ensure that all candidates complete and sign an application form before meeting with a recruiter.
The firm was already using Adobe EchoSign Electronic Signature Solution to ensure that they were collecting legally binding e-signatures on their application forms. When MaxHire announced that it could integrate with EchoSign through the AppConnect Framework JBCStyle let the Professional Services team at MaxHire know that they wanted to use the integration piece and map their existing recruiting process to the technology that was available.
Michael Isinger, one of the Solutions Architects at MaxHire, developed a workflow that opens EchoSign automatically whenever a screening activity is created so the recruiter can send a screening form to the candidate without any data entry. Once the candidate has filled out the form and hit sign, the application form automatically comes back into MaxHire and is attached to their record.
