The Kenexa Prove It! integration piece in MaxHire makes it easy for administrators at CSI to order tests ranging from technical programming aptitude tests to clerical skills test to behavioral assessments right from the candidate’s record in MaxHire.

When the test requests have been emailed out they are automatically logged as an activity in the candidate’s MaxHire record so it’s easy for the recruiter to follow up with the candidate if the tests are not completed in a timely manner. The completed tests and scores automatically get stored back in MaxHire and the scores are searchable in a keyword search.

Recruiters who are looking to fill a new job posting can search for both the skills and test scores the client requires in MaxHire to bring up a list of candidates to present to the client. CSI’s clients can rest assured that any candidates they are reviewing have received a sufficient aptitude score for the skills that are required for the job and that any hire they make through CSI will be of the highest quality.
